As a proud graduate from Florida State University with a B.A in Business Administration, Shirley was an active member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. In her spare time, Shirley brings an abundance of joy to everything that she does; through community events, celebrating her staff’s accomplishments, and taking pride in her hobbies, Shirley does it all.

She once helped a retired customer by looking in the dumpster for her fallen bracelet that held sentimental value. This was definitely a smelly situation but the gratitude behind the customers smile was worth it.

Annette is the proud mom of 5 year old, white haired poodle and official Office Mascot, Whiskey. She loves to document their wacky adventures around town on Whiskey’s Instagram page. Being a foodie and beer connoisseur, you will find Annette supporting local food joints and tasting what South Florida has to offer at their food festivals.

Not only does Eloy help our customers with their insurance needs, he shows his appreciation for our community by giving back. He is the proud Cubmaster of Pack 484 and an assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 584 with the Boy Scout Program, which he has been a part of for 10 years. He also has been shaping the minds of our youth for 25 years by being an Adjunct Professor of Social Science at Miami Dade College.
