"Kirenia is honestly the best thing since sliced bread. I had a complete mess involving my condo insurance, the association, and my lender repeatedly asking for documents they had already received. Kirenia took over and handled everything.
She submitted all the policies, followed up repeatedly, made three separate calls, and spent more than an hour on the last one going through everything until they finally marked me compliant. She also made sure the unnecessary insurance charge would be refunded and proactively updated the October renewal so they wouldn’t bother me with this again.
Most people would have sent me a phone number and told me to call. Kirenia stayed on top of it, kept me informed, and fought through the bureaucracy until it was actually resolved. That level of service is extremely rare.
Shirley, Kirenia deserves a raise, a promotion, or preferably both. She is the reason people stay loyal to an insurance agency. I cannot recommend Kirenia and the Shirley Licia Saul State Farm team enough."

"I called Tuesday afternoon to file a claim on my explorer and this morning Wednesday when I went to the dealership, they were expecting me. State Farm already called gave them all the information. "We all know that we have insurance in the event something happens. Truthfully, I don't think anyone really likes dealing with insurance companies or their agents. It’s like going to the dentist. That said, I have a different option when it comes to working with Shirley and her staff. They never disappoint. I have had the pleasure of interacting with almost every staff member and they are exceptional. Today I needed assistance with a new vehicle policy. I called and spoke to Diana Amaris-Fernandez. I explained the situation and she quickly responded, “not a problem, I will take care of it”. In a matter of what seemed like only seconds, she had the information ready and sent to me via email. This is the way it should be elsewhere but it is not. I am fortunate or better yet, blessed to be able to have folks like this for my insurance needs. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!"

"I have been with Shirley Saul’s Office since the 90s. This office and all the employees always give excellent service. They care about the customer, they do everything they can to give you the best price, and most importantly they always respond to your calls in the good times and the bad. My mom is with a State Farm company in another city they never answer her nor help her.
