"I had a great experience with this State Farm. Diana went above and beyond to ensure I got the best car insurance rate. She followed up with underwriting everyday after we had been assured and I signed on to a certain rate. But, because there was a mistake in annotation by my previous insurance, the third party driving record had showed 3 different accidents instead of just 1. I had the letters from my previous insurance where they clarified this and were in the process of fixing with the third party. She followed up every day with underwriting about honoring the previous rate with the correct driving record. Most customer service agents wouldn’t have bothered to be on any single members case that long. But Diana did. Thanks to her I’m staying with State Farm as I have a good rate and great customer service!"

The important information about my insurance was deliberately concealed from me and I was misguided when the actual damage to my home took place. This agent is good in terms of selling you the Insurance products from StateFarm but will not come for your rescue when you open up a claim for any damage to your home or car. Please do yourself a favor by avoiding State Farm as your insurance company and if you are still going with State Farm, find a better agent."
